A document is considered a basic theoretical construct. It is everything which may be preserved or represented in order to serve as evidence for some purpose.
Scope in the current context :
The Document Master helps in maintaining the list of documents provided by every candidate. It is important at the time of issuing the leaving certificate to the candidates as the documents provided by them to the institute during the course of completion of the education.
