Admin Module
This is the basic module for capturing various institutional details like infrastructure, trustees, education affiliation, standards, divisions, subjects, and exams, Work timings etc… This module is compulsory and has links with accounts various organizations have different formats of processes and accounting practices. This module also configures to the existing computer hardware infrastructure of the institute like networks, operating systems, licensed software and other associated printing and backup peripherals.

Admin module allows restricting the scope of this integrated software functionality and data into roles, grants and privileges as per the user role in automation or organization chart. As per the user job profile selective data entry forms or reports may be allocated for specific user. The system tracks / audits every small usage of software between the login and logout intervals. This module also enables the administrator to control the user’s machine and its peripheral devices remotely.

Real-Time Management
All statistics are managed real-time as every module in the software transacts with other modules to reduce inter department workload. The scope of data is uniform irrespective of any module being used by users as per functional scope or job profile. The business process encapsulates entire organizational workflow to automate and centralize information flow irrespective of diverse functional needs of individual departments.

Full Integration with other systems
Allows data exchange with any existing software in user definable formats like CSV, XML, DOC, XLS, HTML, PDF etc…The software also supports import of legacy but sanitized data. Major application objects like student, staff and business process data can be exchanged with any SIF compliant software

Internet based Transactions
System is web-enabled to allow teachers / students / parents to interact and transact beyond institute campus using any compatible browser. Correspondence can be sent directly from the system to students / parents / employee. Instant access to all student / employee information is available including photographs. Parents can view performance, attendance, instructor’s remarks, fee status, results or any demographic data. Interactions of a prospect like filling of application form, choosing elective or fees payment is also possible. Alumni students can use their resources (mail accounts / web space etc…) as permitted by the institution policy.
