Attendance Entry
Enter attendance by class / by student / by date. Teachers can classify an absence into excused / non pardonable, tardy or truant. Day Begin / End Analysis
Automated morning report after a preset time may be run immediately to verify absentee list of teaching, non teaching staff. Records consecutive absences by course to keep track of the course a student is taking during a given period on a given day.. This helps to identify the number of times a student missed a course. A report alerts parents and administrators to students who may be approaching sufficient absences to jeopardize credits and produces information to determine if a student should or should not lose credit for a course due to absenteeism. Attendance may be printed in period by period detail on the report card for direct communication with parents.
