Working

The inventory module consists of maintaining items, Item classes,groups / category, status across locations and within various stages in production or transit. The module supports a wide variety of transactions types across industries to manage various stages in inventing, retail / manufacturing scenarios, which can be linked with accounts to monitor real time audits and statistics. It also manages sales, purchase, orders, dispatches, procurement, exports, goods movements, quality control, sales / purchase return etc ... Supports optional links with fixed asset / infrastructure management and scheduling. Inventing process can be preceded by order processing and tracking order status across various stages of manufacturing till final closing of transaction.

The item master contains any combination of the following information: POs are interfaced to Inventory. Entries are real-time for purchases, receipts and disbursements so each transaction is immediately recorded and the tabulation of inventory is accurate. There are multiple history inquiries for items, orders, back-orders and vendors so you can find any inventory item from any piece of information you may have. The physical inventory can be easily verified by manual input or scanner / barcode input.

Reports
