Employee Information
Detailed demographic data relating biographical Information, educational background, licenses / certificates / visas / work permits / expiry of the same, experience, continuing education, activities, office hours, schedules, It records and maintains as well as evaluation information and office hours as needed for each faculty / staff member. This module allows user definable leaves / holidays / off days / leave applications and approval / justifications for tardiness / absenteeism’s, scales, scale dependencies and various arrival formulations, ranges, city class, company hierarchy, scale allocations, appraisal frequencies, working hours / overtime / compensations and write-offs. Modes of payment – cash / cheques / instruments, Bonus, Employee investments, Tax deduction(s) and various plans, TDS and various forms (16 / 16a etc…), Salary register, pay slips, bank instrument and TDS consolidates reports, PF / ESIC and other modes of salary disbursements / arrears / pensions supported with links of various accounting formats.
